I absolutely need these brushes! I’ve been trying to break into the industry for a very long time
And doing everything to generate business. I’ve spent a ridiculour amount of money purchasing pruducts and marketing material by generating revenue from my day job.
Unfortunatly do to the tough economy I was let go and my only source of revenue is by doing make up. Because I am starting out
I haven’t had a large clientel base and I have a son to feed, which doesn’t leave much room to purchase anything extra.

I could really use the Sigma Makeup brushes in my Makeup Kit. They would be great for applying the Face Atelier products on clients. I can’t wait to see the effect of using the brushes during my makeup applications. They would be an asset.

I’m an aspiring make-up artist who recently got her first tearsheet! I really like my Body Shop brushes but they’re more appropriate for personal use rather then for professional use. These brushes would be such a asset because I am trying to build my kit. I have some brushes here and there but they are not what would be considered quality brushes. I really NEED these brushes because I seriously need help blending out my makeup. I don’t notice until I’m outside how unnatural my makeup looks due to lack of good blending ]: I can’t really spend money on brushes right now because I’m trying to pay for my classes. That goes for clothes, too! But if my makeup looks good, who cares about what I’m wearing, right? I think it’s extra fantastic how you are giving away a travel kit as well (: I am usually away from home so it would be a great convenience to have an adorable mini kit to touch up with. I am becoming more interested in make up and hope to be a MUA someday. Therefore right now, I need to improve on my make up application and technique and one way is to have a set of really good quality make up brushes! I believe technique is the key to creating beautiful, flawless looks and Sigma brushes will help me in achieving my goal. Hi, I am in desperate need of those coveted brushes. I am a working artist, but I feel lost sometimes. I just recently completed my cosmo educators certification and am hoping the next job I have I can feel a bit more confident with a complete professional brush set. I still have a brushes from VS (circa 2004) its a good brush and has gotten me through ALOT, but I feel if I had the tools to go along with my education, my confidence can definitely increase. and because i can’t afford it i’ve been saving up a ton of coins and being that i’m only 15 and can’t get a job i have a total of 45 dollars in the past 6 months. by the rate, i’m sure to never have them for years.
1. I’ve become a mini make-up artist! It all started for the very first school play held at the brand new high school i went too (= i did make-up for 18 girls, and it was sad, because i had to require everyone to bring brushes because i didn’t have enough ): I even started doing make-up for birthday girls and just for my sisters friends when they go to the club!
2. It’s a recession, and I really have been wanting these brushes since … i don’t know! forever

I am suprised that you only recently came across Sigma brushes. I guess that is because I am a YouTube make up addict so I have seen them since they first came out.

After hearing all the hype about these brushes I can’t wait to get a hold of them! Especially for the price! why I ‘NEED’ them is they’re good quality, which my currents lack. I accidently bought a big kit of eye brushes from ebay that claimed they were ‘MAC’ big mistake on my part I know how untrustworthly ebay is, especially the things from HongKong. so the brushes I have now constantly loosing hairs and you get them in your eye and try to get them off and it makes a mess, none of them are stiff anyway, not the good kind at least :[
I really do NEED these brushes! I’m leaving for college in the fall, and I think a new brush set would be ideal since I only have a few brushes myself. I truly, truly need these Sigma makeup brushes so badly! I have never EVER owned a complete set of makeup brushes. In fact, I only have 2 makeup brushes – a big one for bronzer and a small one for blush. They’ve both gotten wet a handful of times and aren’t very effective.

I would love some sigma brushes!! I freelance but as a different kind of make up artist! I love to give my clients lessons on how to do their make up beautifully, but on a budget, hence my sites name, the beauty bargainista! As an everyday girl living with a budget, I can’t just ‘shell out $$$’ for expensive brushes like MAC that always have rave reviews. Although I know Sigma brushes are of the same caliber, and very affordable, I just don’t have the $ to invest in good brushes. I’m a little embarrassed to admit this, but I NEED these brush sets because I don’t have any! That’s right…one of the cardinal sins of makeup…I use the crappy brushes that come with the kits! My excuse is a combination of ‘I can’t afford good ones’ and ‘I have just never bitten the bullet and gotten around to buying them’. If I were using a good set I might better appreciate how important good brushes are.

I’ve recently been getting into make up, but my looks don’t really.. come together because I don’t have the right tools.It’s really frustrating because you get a sense of failure. I currently posses some Coastal Scents brushes (bought them 2 years ago) but they’re becoming really flimsy and scratchy. I really want to build a kit but brushes are so expensive, and I’m in college so I don’t have an income (except allowance). I hope I will be chosen!

OMG!!! This is great! I just purchased a set of 24 brushes and they were AWFUL!! I used them on a client and she kept saying that the brushes were prickly!!! I was totally embarrassed and now in search of some new brushes…..heard a lot of great things about Sigma Brushes. Thanks for the contest!

I have always loved makeup and applying it to my friends and family.
I finally decided to take what I love doing and turn it into a career.
Since I am new to the industry and trying to build up my kit these brushes would help.
Brushes are the one thing I really need to build up more in my kit.
I lost ALL my makeup and my brushes in a flood around my town that recently happened about 2 weeks ago. My room was under 4 feet of water. I could really use these brushes like no other. The brushes I had were the Sigma professional complete kit but theyre gone forever and it would be really nice to not have to pay the $90 for them again along with all the other damage that I have to fix in my house. I am a newly qualified student makeup artist, as a student it’s hard to afford great products like this, and as any makeup artist knows, the brushes are what helps the most to make your work look flawless! Good blending is essential to a clean look and these would be an amazing way to achieve this.
There is NO way that without this, I could afford these brushes. They would help me in becoming the best makeup artist I can be.

These are gorgeous brushes! A friend suggested entering because my set I use for weddings were stolen. No one is more heartbroken than I am about that either! I could use these for sure for the ladies I do wedding make up for to replace my set that is no longer here!
