As Americans we are subjected to, almost hypnotized, daily by advertising campaigns for fast food, quick witty slogans, and colorful logos boasting quick eats.  It’s no surprise why we are the fattest country on the planet.  Even on the runway, Moschino’s Fall 2014 collection displayed the “golden arches” style on their models, whom I am almost certain have never had an over processed low grade meat burger in their life.

 

We need to take a step back for a moment, think about what we are putting into our bodies and plan out our meals.  If you have time for Facebook, you have time to whip up a grilled chicken breast and veggies, much more appetizing than thick dough pizza loaded with extra toppings, aka, GMO goodies.
